Can I continue my hair care routine during pregnancy?

All ELENATURE hair care products can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

What is the products' shelf life?

All ELENATURE hair and scalp care products can be used for up to 12 months after opening.
You can find this information on the packaging of the products thanks to the pictogram of a small open jar with a number written on it.

How do we guarantee the quality of our products?

The ELENATURE R&D team designs each product as a meticulous and complex composition with a single imperative: proven effectiveness against environmental stress for your hair and scalp. To achieve this goal, we follow strict specifications that include:

  • Selecting the most effective active ingredients in the field of dermo-cosmetic science
  • Ensuring the correct dosage of the active ingredients to guarantee the maximum effectiveness
  • Optimizing textures to offer an outstanding level of sensoriality and improve the application and effectiveness of hair care routines.

ELENATURE products have obtained the COSMEBIO COSMOS ORGANIC label by ECOCERT. This label is the reference for organic cosmetics in Europe. It is one of the most demanding labels for organic and natural cosmetics. Its acquisition is based on a voluntary approach by ELENATURE and a double commitment: the respect of the Ecocert standard and the respect of the Cosmebio code of ethics. For our products to carry this signature, ELENATURE has committed to ensuring that all of its formulas contain up to 90% organic ingredients. Beyond the composition, the Cosmebio label provides guarantees on the entire life cycle of cosmetics. The composition, packing, manufacturing, packaging, storage, and management of energy and waste are checked by ECOCERT.

What do our products guarantee?

ELENATURE products are also certified by the Vegan Society, which campaigns for animal rights and respect.

ELENATURE ensures:

  • No animal testing, no animal flesh,
  • No ingredients of animal origin in its products,
  • No ingredients of animal origin in its packaging,
  • No GMOs.
Our packaging can be recycled, do not throw it away!

The TRIMAN recycling symbol informs the consumers about the need to deliver their products to a separate collection for recycling at the end of its life cycle. The purpose of the pictogram is to identify the products that can be recycled and that are meant to be collected in separate waste streams when they are used. Its logo represents a human silhouette symbolizing the consumer.

Our packaging is eco-designed, recycled, and recyclable. 100% of our bottles and jars are made from recycled plastic.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

All our products are dermatologically tested and meet the most rigorous quality standards and norms in the field of cosmetics. They also comply with the specifications of the COSMOS label certified by ECOCERT.
We developed an allergen-free fragrance.

If you feel persistent discomfort or have an allergic reaction after using a product, we recommend that you follow the guidelines below:

1 - Rinse your hair and scalp with cold water as soon as possible to remove potential product residue from your skin.
2 - Stop using the product, but keep it. In some cases, it may be subject to a technical assessment.
3 - Contact ELENATURE Customer Service so that we can take care of you and tell you what to do.

We have defined a very strict cosmetovigilance protocol in order to ensure the greatest transparency and traceability.
